How well is your Inner Clock?

Has anyone ever wondered why there not making the same scores consistently? Or wondered when exactly you start to slow down within the 60 seconds? Well here is an exercise that can check your concept and grasp of internal time! It is called the Inner Clock Test.
This procedure can be used to increase your proficiency with any rudiment, sticking, or pattern. Furthermore proving that the drumometer can be used as a teaching tool rather than just a tool to count notes.
By taking time into building your inner clock, you wont have any more issues running into barriers which prevent you from obtaining higher scores or running out of energy during the 30 second mark.
Take a try at it and let us know how it helped or write us any other similar experiments you ran into along the way

Dan Britt and Daniel Walsh talk about this same method. These are other helpful videos that can help train your inner clock.
