Hi Boo! Thanks for posting about us!. Drumnosis is a company that I set up in March this year. I have been a pro drummer for 20 years and a practicing hypnotherapist for 5 years. I have always wanted to combine the two as there are many crossovers between them. We are a training company that uses drums and the principles of hypnosis and hypnotherapy. We train teenagers and schools kids in the art of drumming as well as running a business, as well as performing workshops for schools. We also run corporate workshops and training days. This is a brand new concept and I'll be releasing lots of videos online explaining the concept.

We use the Drumometer all the time at our clinics and teaching studio. Its really great for younger kids because it gives them a target to aim for and helps them push themselves technically. For the older guys, the control exercises in the Drumometer manual are the order of the day. And they are hard!! It really increases focus and boosts the desire to improve. Its like a useful computer game :)

For now have a look at this presentation. It deals with the core concept of Drumnosis: Your brain and body are binary machines and can only do one thing at a time.

And this is me showing off :)

I'll post a vid this week using the drumometer, demonstrating how I practice my hand and foot technique.
Let me know your thoughts guys!

What you are doing is truly amazing! I love the 'polymetric' video, really great playing. Were you left handed originally? Can't wait to see how and what you are doign betwen the hand and foot using drumometer.

Thanks for joining us here and sharing you knowledge in both fields, it will be extremely helpful to us all.
